A friend described this place as "where the Twitter kids go to spend their IPO money"... tho cheap compared to NYC cocktails IMHO. The "Informant" was best drink I tried.
The omakase here is insane. Maybe best sushi I've had in the USA. Be sure to ask to try all the diff types of uni & eat something that's been blowtorched. (pic = wagyu, btw)

Apparently all the Texas kids go nutty over the Tex-Mex queso ("it's super authentic!). A-okay with me... as long as I can dip my chipz in it.
