- Sotol is interesting, highly recommend the flight if you want something new. I had never even heard of it. Tastes gin and mezcal had a baby and named it sotol
- carnitas plate is bomb. also the corn esquite (comes with scallops!) is a must – and can be shared with the table. top off with la fresita
