- Liz DellSeptember 6, 2014Pricey but literally everything on the menu is amazing. Get lots of plates to share, they are all pretty small.
- CharlottesJuly 31, 2016Wonderful meal. Great cocktails and innovative produce-driven fare, served with a smile.
- One of my current favorites, fresh and well made food with a great wine menu
- Wish the burrata salsa verde was sold by the gallon. Don't miss any beef dishes or panna cotta
- BonSeptember 21, 2016Arroz negro, lamb chops, dried shrimp tomatoes, and beef tartare. Umami all the way!
- Stephanie YuanApril 23, 2016Arroz negro is amazing!! Also the fluke/uni may look understated but is pretty special
- Amanda WalkerOktober 18, 2013The beef tartar is as good as the hype. Loved the ricotta dumplings too--a delicious and beautiful dish.
- Shirley LauMai 8, 2017Unfortunately did not enjoy most of the dishes :( I found the lamb ribs to be way too salty, raw scallop and greens were a mismatch. Best was the ricotta dumplings. Did not live up to the hype!
- Becca BaeMärz 9, 2016Everything is ridiculously delicious. Order 2-3 dishes per person to share, you won't regret it
- If the chicken hearts are on the menu they are a must have. One of the best dishes in all of NYC.
- Alex RobertsonJuly 8, 2018If you’re going to spend 17 dollars on a sandwich, please make it this one (egg, pancetta and avocado, available at brunch)
- Bitches Who BrunchDezember 16, 2016
- Jessica ShimAugust 13, 2014Bon Appetit Says: Beef tartare with sunchoke; mussels escabeche on toast; ricotta dumplings; panna cotta
- Solène MaîtreDezember 13, 2014Wine tip: get the Tissot wine (Jura, Chardonnay). Your next trip will be France after tasting this wine.
- Calamari a la pancha with caramelized onion and romesco. Light but flavorful . Perfect to go with Riesling .
- Ranu RajkarnikarDezember 13, 2014Incredible food and vibe. Beef tartare, lamb, mussels and burrata were all stand out dishes.
- Gretchen RobbinsOktober 7, 2016Delicious food. Menu doesn't change very often but who cares when you can eat delicious beef tartare with sunchokes
- Dylan StilinAugust 15, 2014Looking at the menu is almost unnecessary. Just order the steak tartare and mussels escabeche on toast and you'll be happy.
- Don't leave without getting the steak tartare - among some of the best in NYC.
- Calamari amazing. Beef tartar is same. Ollie's ham is like pork butter. All fish dishes are great!
- HOBNOB MagazineApril 6, 2015Stop in for a cocktail and the Lamb Ribs, and rub elbows with a cool crowd.
- H JAugust 13, 2015Bday dinner. Overall everything was a bit salty. Really nice presentation. All the dishes were beautiful. BUT i had a horrible stomachache after I ate here...
- Eliza ChangDezember 24, 2013"the ideal restaurant if you’re bored by pasta but you’ve stopped believing there are thrills to be had from dipping sugar-cube-size pieces of meat into micronipples of emulsified whatever." - NYT
- Stephanie WuOktober 28, 2013Get the beef tartare and ricotta dumplings. Also great cocktails and wine list here.
- Ximena AboitesSeptember 10, 2022Oysters and ricotta dumplings. The German wine is surprisingly delicious.
- inspector clouseauMai 24, 2019Вы мои любимые. Порции - поесть, а не нажраться. Вкус простой, но фантастический. Топ 100 ресторанов мира. Бронируйте, не думайте
- Natalie AnilloNovember 23, 2014Absolutely get the ricotta dumplings, mussels on toast, and pork with leeks/carrots
- Rory CampbellApril 15, 2017All dishes were sensational but the steak tartare was possibly the best I've ever had.
- Marideny TavarezJanuar 3, 2016Everything, but my absolute favorite is the Endive salad. The best I've ever had.
- Brandon PerlmanAugust 24, 2013100% go for the beef tartare, egg and gigante beans, and the heirloom tomato salad
- Stina P.Februar 25, 2015trendy with a sommelier, but the food was not as impressive. there are plenty of cozy west village spots with better plates
- Amanda HoJuni 18, 2016Tasty delicious food, but extremely small portions for what you pay. Definitely more of a food "experience" kind of place than a eating to satisfy hunger restaurant.
- KonstantinJuni 23, 2017Burrata is delicious, beef tartare is way Below average, not sure why the hype?!Portions are very small,it's expensive. Service was below average, rushed, plates cleaned up constantly.Desert was burnt.
- Kay TeoFebruar 17, 2019Lamb ribs are good (Asian spiced), but desserts are severely underwhelming. Overrated pannacotta and chocolate cake is an overglorified molten chocolate cake that masquerades like tiramisu
- Valentin GuerinJuni 10, 2017The place is a bit too trendy and loud, and the food is just ok. Probably the reason why they lost their Michelin star.
- Rachel ShapiroJanuar 4, 2014Loved the steak tartare, burrata, steak entree and panna cotta for dessert!
- Condé Nast TravelerOktober 25, 2016“The little New York restaurant that could. Estela proves that a great night in the city needn’t be confined to an overly stylized theme restaurant.” - David Prior Mehr erfahren
- Mara LecocqNovember 25, 2014Food had delicate flavors and was quite exquisite. Plate sharing type of place. Recommend.
