You're probably already here, so my tip to GO BEFORE OPENING is probably wasted on you. So I'll just say, GET A WHOLE PIE. Round or square. Both great. It's not worth the wait for only a slice or two. Mehr erfahren

Definitely eat a snack before you go because you will definitely have to wait more than 1 hour to get a pie. Worth it though!

Go to DiFara around 5:45 pm so you're there when Dom opens back up at 6 (thus avoiding the line). Still wait about 45 minutes. Experience magical pizza goodness that's oh so totally worth it. Mehr erfahren

The best pizza you can possibly eat in New York City. Others will scream about Grimaldi's or some other place, the is no better pizza than Di Fara. Take the Q train to Ave J, you will never regret it Mehr erfahren

best. pizza. ever. Push your way to the front of the crowd at the counter (the line isn't really a line) and order a pie -- it's often faster than waiting for a single slice.

It's NOT imperative to get a pie. Just walk to the counter and see if there are slices available. If so, Jump on it and laugh at the idiots waiting hours for a pie. If none, become one of the idiots.
