Grub Street off-menu dish: Spicy Lamb Tacos. "lamb meat topped with radish, cilantro, cabbage, lime, queso fresco, pickled jalapeño, and carrot-tomatillo-garlic-chipotle salsa."

Not as compelling as it used to be when they served an amazing halibut, and the Asian white boy ribs. Still well worth a visit though. Baked oysters stole the show.

For Brunch: The pancakes are really good. Although personally I prefer to split them as an after-brunch dessert. For the brunch food I recommend the eggs and short ribes.

You can't go wrong with the fried chicken but the roasted turkey sando is a nice healthy alternative. Place can get nuts during weekend brunches.

The brunch here is fantastic and they have a large enough space that you never end up waiting very long despite how popular this place is.

The fried chicken amazing—crispy, not greasy, seasoned. The Vietnamese coffee pie is TO DIE FOR: balance of slightly bitter and sweet; salty, crunchy, buttery, and light!

Pasta with sea urchin and kimchi fried rice with hanger steak are so good, especially the latter. Nice vibe in this west soho spot

Double Cheddar Burger, $21 What’s most exciting about this burger, though, is that it’s a dry-aged double — a unicorn of the stacked-burger world.

Andrew Carmellini's wildly popular American bistro, equally good for dinner, late-night, brunch, or a slightly calmer lunch.

The menu features a rather impressive oyster and raw bar selection, as well as classically inspired American dishes, like shrimp with red remoulade, pecan duck with celery and organic dirty rice. Mehr erfahren

Get a reservation. The wait is super long on a Friday night. The food is great and the girl from ipanema drink is amazing

Amazing grilled tuna, definitely a winner but the scallops werent too far behind! Also try the burrata with figs and the shrimp appetizers. Service from our waitress could have been a bit better.

Our good friend did the branding for this new place. It's crowded after work but if you can find a seat or area to hang at the bar, they make a pretty mean dirty martini and the food is good. -Diana

Great atmosphere. Noisy, trendy but neither detracts from the culinary experience; food is executed excellently. It's a perfect spot for a date or a small group.

Andrew Carmellini hits all the right notes at his American bistro: oysters, fried chicken, a towering sandwich of fried soft-shell crab and kaffir-curry sauce.

Little Oyster Sandwiches are a must. Save room for dessert because The Dutch serves some of the best pie I've ever eaten.

The shrimp and kimchi fried fried rice is a nice change of pace on the brunch menu in concept, but unfortunately the kimchi was far too salty. The eggs are still perfect, and almost save the dish.

Oyster sandwich (slider) is stellar! Honey butter biscuits that come w/ fried chicken is the real deal. Pecan duck w/ dirty rice is my new fave meal! If there's coconut cream pie-- get it.

Kind of edgy menu but generally good service and can't believe this was old Cub Room- they did an awesome job with renovations. Great to have this late night (open til 2am) restaurant in the hood.

NY/ MIA. Yet another fantastic Andrew Carmellini creation, The Dutch offers a great take on American dining. Luck for us, there's a second location in Miami. Don’t skip pie with ice cream for dessert.

Get the little oyster sandwiches. They're awesome. For entree, branzino is really good -- but if their rabbit pot pie (a special) is most unique... and delicious.

Due to a series of mixups and misunderstandings about our food order, they comped us our brunch. That was pretty terrific of them. First-rate service to go with the first-rate food.
