If you've been to the Far East, this place serves refined hawker centre food. Full of flavour, worth a try when you're in LES.

One of the best meals outside of Asia I've had in the US. Adding this to my go-to list of awesome, unassuming restaurants in NYC. Get the sirloin and the coconut rice.

Great for a boozy brunch. They churn out plates one at a time so don't expect it to be a fancy kitchen style of service. Enjoy the decor too!

Everything is delicious, you'll want to wipe the plates clean and wish you weren't full to order more! My only problem is that they don't accept AMEX!

David Chang create a new breed of Asian-American comfort food with Fatty Crew (Fatty ’Cue, Fatty Crab), but at Pig and Khao, the formula doesn’t work as smoothly. Filipino deserts, halo-halo, pinipig.

Try the Sisig, Green Papaya Salad, and Short Rib Rendang! Also grab a San Miguel while you're at it 😉 can't wait to go back and try more!

Try the sisig, a typical Filipino dish made with pork head. Less adventurous options include longanisa sausage or sizzling corned beef hash with garlic fried rice. Mehr erfahren

A+ Asian hipster fusion. Get the Russ & Daughters smoked salmon chips, crispy rice salad, the noodle small dish (starts with a K), and the grilled curry lamb ribs. Fullness awaits

The papaya salad and the crispy pata, couldn’t fault them. The adobo was not the traditional adobo. I love the technique of a crispy pork belly but the sauce was non-traditional. such a let down.

Crispy pata was great! 😊 I did expect a massive serving but it was just the right size for my appetite

It's all about choosing the right dishes here. Mussels were great, esp with some coco rice. Chicken in the mango salad was a bit chintzy, khao soi quite heavy.

Sick tunes and delicious spicy bites. One of Obama's favorite restaurants in the Lower East Side. If you're on the fence, do it!

Coconut rice is life. Loved the pork belly adobo. The Khao Soi is my favorite dish on the menu.

Great food with surprisingly large portion size. Not quite as spicy as local Thai food, but more appropriate than most places in NYC.

Pork belly adobo is srsly the best i've had. Chicken wings are amazing and the coconut rice is just the right amount of sweetness, not too sweet.

Sisig is amazing and coconut rice! The pork belly was a little heavy. The small plates were as big as full meals

Cool Filipino fusion spot in LES with nice old-school influenced interior. Food is bomb and so are the cocktails. Get the sisig!

The food is awesome and delicious . Prices should match the portions.Try making this your last stop, unless you want to smell like a fried pig by the time you get home/club . You'll get eaten alive

Get some sisig, the khao soi, coconut rice & a bottle of singha. Skip the micheladas unless you're into a hot sauce flavored cocktail.

Enjoyed the ribs and the cole slaw it came with. Probably skip the sisig. Overall it's worth the hike for an interesting food experience.

The brussel sprouts were burnt and just not good in general, the rest of the dinner was incredible. I could have drank the pork adobo sauce with a straw

Coconut rice is amazing- big portion (1.5-2x more than usual Asian rest. I'll come back only for this. Loved the adobo but not the grilled sirloin; thought it was too salty. A "good to try" place.

Cocktails here are on point. The "FTP" tastes like an alcoholic liquid apple pie. The cilantro soda with gin is a perfectly refreshing summer drink.
