Don't harass airport staff when they're having a break.. It's called breaktime for a reason!? Now fuck off and leave me in peace ;)
Massively improved security area at south terminal. Whizzed through in less than 5 mins.
Coffee in the lounge before take off :)
Smokers should plan to get there at least 15 minutes earlier than others if they want that smoke between check-in and security. Annoyingly long conveyor belts to get through!
There are never buggies at the pick up points now.
£20 fine for assuming I could use my Oyster card to get here.
There are petrol stations near both terminals where you can wait when collecting someone. Saves on short-term parking fees!
Managed to get to airport gate without being asked for the passport once... I bet it will be now.

Don't take gatwick express, take first capital express to London bridge instead
