Avoid planes flying into Gatwick very late if you want to get to LondonBridge, I ended up on painful replacement bus service and arriving too late for underground connections
Despite calling itself London Gatwick, it has no relation to London and your Oyster Card is not valid here. That's o the sarcastic guard telling me we are not in London. I am aware of that.
We had 3 hrs between flights and it took all 3 from passport control, change terminals, back thru security, passport verify again...Very long lines, poor layout, lost $ on pre purchase airport lounge
Transporte Gatwick-London: el personal de Easybus es torpe, dice que no sabe hablar inglés, y no te ayudan. Se niegan a venderte tickets directamente en el bus, aunque su publicidad asegura que sí.
I normally try to avoid this airport at all cost (booked wrong ticket by mistake) as heathrow a thousand times more convenient if ur final dest is london zone 1-2
Apparently no one on this flight had ever been on a plane before and don't know what to do with themselves. C'mon people! Sit down, buckle up, hand luggage under the seat!
Worse airport I ever landed on transfer.A mean officer confiscated all that we bought on the plane.Even things, that passed earlier security check.Maybe just periodic moode?Shame it got on our kids!
Gatwick Airport is the eighth busiest airport in Europe and until March 2017 had the world's busiest single-use runway, with a max. of 55 aircraft movements per hour. It serves more than 200 destinations (more than any other UK airport) in 90 countries for more than 46 million passengers per year.
