The pizza is NYC street-style, offered in both regular and Sicilian permutations, but the flour is reportedly milled in house and the cheese and ingredients are all sourced locally. Mehr erfahren
Very good pizza spot on the Lower East Side. They have pies, slices, and subs. I ordered 4 slices of their vegan pizza where they used NUMU vegan cheese. The pizza felt crisp, light, and delicious!
Fun vibe in the back room and solid NY-style pies, although the tomato sauce is a bit too sweet for my liking. The star of the show here is the vegan Caesar, no doubt. Could eat that all the time.
The hot boi slice with the honey drizzle is UNREAL. Lives up to the flavor hype, a little pricey but worth it when you’re looking to savor a great New York slice!
Negative tips are totally being made up for this spot. Pizza here is fantastic. Couple that with great beer and wine selections, a laid backstaff, and some on point interior design.
This place is great. Worth the walk for sure. They built it to look like an old-ass bar/diner that you mighta come to late at night. Bar in the back, slices and pies in the front.
black-owned business in NYC, opened by one Scarr Pimentel. Cheeky Sandwiches just across the way is also black-owned (by Din Yates). Pimentel famously mills his own grain every day (what)
Remember when you would go to Pizza Hut and eat in and they had pebbled plastic pitchers and linoleum booths and shiny bricks? This is like that except the pizza actually slams.
One of the best pizzas in NYC! Get the hot boi🔥😋 the line is worth it, but maybe better to order a pie in advance to reduce the wait. Love that it’s black owned too!
interesting and subdued square slice. Fantastic space, though--I can hardly think of a pizza place I'd want to hang out in more than this one. And they serve wine.
The grandma slice is very, very good: a layer of crunch, plenty of chew, naturally sweet tomato sauce with a hit of garlic and quality cheese. Love the bar behind the oven!
Awesome pizza, in a small and cool casual spot. The line (for slices and dining-in) can get long. The toppings and variety change daily. The Sicilian and chili-pepperoni were both delicious.
"I almost had a heart attack the first time I went there thanks to their meatball sub, which is toasted and has a ton of meatballs and cheese in it." - Jillionaire, DJ, founder - Feel Up Records Mehr erfahren
Order a pie to share with mates. Sound confident when ordering a slice because prices may vary from 3.5 to 4 for a plain. It may be cheaper per slice of you order more than one, but am not too sure.
