Seared scallops w foie gras, Brussel sprouts and kale salad were delish.Tbh, every dish was really good and we found a reasonably priced bottle of wine. Loved that it’s hidden away in a neighborhood.

From M: A classic, traditional experience. Housed in a charming old house uptown. A favorite for its superb service & delicious Creole cuisine. We love their hand written menus. Go for Dinner.
The turtle soup is amazing. We had the nightly special, rainbow trout grilled and seasoned to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. It had a couple big shrimp and a luscious sauce. The lemonpie was awesome.
The crab salad—lump meat spiked with a rotating roster of house-made dressings—is phenomenal, as are the shrimp- and bacon-enriched grits and the daily-changing sweetbreads preparations. Mehr erfahren
