Our patrons enjoy eating dinner at Trio before attending shows in the Center theater (it's within close walking distance - only a block away). The waffle fries with blue cheese fondue are to die for!

A see and be seen venue with an amazing menu. Wonderful open kitchen and brick oven. Nightly specials from lamb to fish. Well-inspired, creative offerings with excellent service, even better flavors.

The BLT soup was great - very subtle with the bacon and an excellent smoky tomato base. The lamb shank was also tasty as was the lobster gnocchi and the oven roasted s'more . Great place!

Everything we ordered was worth a compliment: The Buffalo Carpaccio, Arugula Salad, Gnocchi, Kansas City Steak, Bouillabaisse, and vanilla ice cream. Roll me home!

Mussels, beet salad, waffle fries and short rib pappardelle are a must. Get them. So far, best meal in Jackson.

We loved this rest-- great service & excellent food. Pizza was awesome, as was the soup and paninis. Atmosphere was perfect, too. Gotta try the grapefruit martini. Yum!! Kids even loved it.

One of the best restaurants in Jackson. Will never be dissapointed. Half bottles of wine are a plus. Entire menu is exquisite.

don't believe the other reviewers. Waffle fries are soggy and tasteless. Cheese fondue for waffle fries tasted like mashed potatoes. It just didn't go together. Spinach side dish was super salty.
