This is a pork place but you have to take the tuna tartar served on tempura eggplant. The bbq sliders are also fantastic. Avoid the spaetzl though.

The chef selection IS a good deal, and can be customized to dietary restrictions and we were able to request a few dishes to be included.

Go for the Chef's tasting menu. Let them know if you have allergies/preferences and they will be very accommodating. Ask for the sweetbreads special.

Chef's tasting menu is like a non-stop flavor assault on your tastebuds. It's fully worth the $80 and I highly recommend it.

Chef's menu isnt woth it. Just order small plates a la carte. I recommend tuna tartare, sliders, broccoli rabe.

One of those menus where you can't go wrong. Ordered the autumn salad, glazed wings, strawberry ribs, pork belly, and bacon doughnuts. Each single dish was delish!

Omg everything here is amazing, esp pork belly salad and snap pea salad. Lots of surprises. Margarita had secret licorice flavor, amazing, and I am not normally a licorice fan.

Anything with pork in it was good. Some of the other meals not so hot, or had ingredients that didn't work well together. Overall a pretty good meal, and definitely get dessert there

This is one of the most interesting restaurants in NYC. It is the culinary equivilent of the Future Perfect. It is amazing it hasn't been widely written up yet -- thank god.
