Amazing ambiance and cuisine. Had the corned beef hash with a med scrambled egg. Tried the pancakes and the donut. All delish. They require 30 day notice to book a reservation though so be warned.

Brunch seating opens up at 11, so get there before 10:30 (at the latest!) to get your name on the list and be guaranteed a table in the first round. Best brunch in DC.

Its should be just another history mark on your list. Amazing stuff. Delicious food. Drinks from old bar books. 5* just for bread&butter during dinner and mini cupcakes during brunch. Can't miss.

A fantastic gastronomic journey to this small, stylish and very cozy hotel. Brunch opens at 10.30, if you want a table make sure you have reserved way in advance! Sunday brunch was PACKED! And GOOD!

Tabard's simple yeast doughnuts are a must. Before the designer doughnut obsession took off, these guys held the title of best fried dough in the District. They're still amazing and freshly-fried. Mehr erfahren

The chicken and waffles are really good. The waffle has bacon cooked into it. Very chill and charming spot in DC. Kinda hidden too.

The Chicken and waffles was SO GOOD. I don't know what they did to that chicken, but it was amazing. And of course, you can't come here without getting the doughnuts.

Perfect for special occasion brunch. Shrimp & grits an original and delicious option. Make sure you save room for a donut. If it's nice try to sit outside. Service is good but slow.

If I had to chose between eating this French toast and having sex with Ryan Gosling I'd chose the French toast. Eat the fucking French toast.

Perfect if you looking for a place that is both romantic and classic. You can listen to live jazz music sitting on a couch and in front of the fireplace.

The burger is great, but add bacon and blue cheese to it and it will be fantastic! Have a Port City Wit beer with the burger (wheat beer made in Alexandria, VA).

Can't mess with this place either for food or drinks. Cocktail list has some more "classically" styled drinks, and some more adventurous choices now that Pat Owens came here from American Ice Co.

The food here is great a I loved the atmosphere! Get the Tandoori Chicken if you aren't feeling "breakfast" for brunch. It was a delight, especially with a mimosa.
