While I prefer other spots in Jackson Heights for my South Asian food, I really like Jackson Diner's baingan burta (eggplant w/ ginger), great flavor & kick, vegetarian. Big party room upstairs too.
Make sure to get the fries and hotdog mix. It's called "salchi-papa" tastes great with the chicken! Also drink the sangria they make it exceptionally well!
Sunday brunch is the jam. Try and get there before 1:30pm if possible to avoid the crowd. The food is fantastic!

I love this place, I'm here every weekend. It's near perfect the only problem is that it's way to Hot in here...wish they had some sort of a vent system and the place would be perfect.
This restaurant never disappoints. The mussels appetizer was perfectly garlicky. The trout almondine was tender and delicious the charming hosts and waitstaff just enhanced our dining experience.
Excellent chicken tikka masala... I just wish some nan was included with the meal.
