- Barbara MarlinNovember 30, 2013The greatest staff I've ever experienced at a hotel! They are competent, friendly and accommodating! Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Great location too! For a large family ask for room 821
- Tiffany LamJuni 8, 2013Club lounge offers complimentary breakfast on the 8th floor. Includes an espresso/coffee machine (serves Starbucks), bagels, pastries, cereal and waffles that you can make yourself
- Cole KennedyNovember 9, 2014One of the most transit accessible hotels in St. Louis. Across the street from the MetroLink, Amtrak, and Greyhound station. Convenient!
- Ramona BrookJuly 28, 2013Rooms are nice. Beds are super comfy. Staff was very helpful. They do require a deposit for incidentals either by card or cash. I wasn't ready for that. I travel with only enough for my trip.
- Brent BullardSeptember 2, 2012This hotel has in room wifi and flat screen tv's for the ones that haven't been here in a while. They replaced the tv's within the past 2 weeks. Comfortable beds and a/c works!
- Dan DavisMärz 29, 2013Easy access to and off I64 and great access to buses and Metro. Union Station an easy walk. Very helpful, polite emplyees.
- Lisa WalderJanuar 4, 2014I don't like that you have pay a daily rate for the WiFi. Good location if you are going to Scottstrade Center. Across street from MetroLink so very convenient.
- Anthony SessionsJuly 15, 2011Is a really nice hotel kinda expensive and if you got to far it'll wind you up in the ghetto check out square one brewery was awesome Irish stout :)
- Great running options for 5k+ routes right outside the door...and nice to have large pool and whirlpool awaiting you.
- Sandra SharpFebruar 23, 2013Consider a club room upgrade. Worth the money for free wifi, continental breakfast, and more.
- Awesome place to stay when here to see the sights. You can catch the metro to almost anywhere tight outside the front door.
- Cassandra MichelleJuni 17, 2012Not the best place I've stayed at. The sheets felt like paper, the elevators took a life time, and the food was pricey but at least it was good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Good location. Pricey drinks and food but Awesome neighborhood far away/close enough from everything
- This place rocks - they reward nice people, so be nice! :)
- The DurbsMärz 7, 2011The back lot on weekends seems to not be patrolled for tickets much. I have parked there evenings from 10 pm to 1:30 am, rarely longer, with no issues. I wouldn't risk an overnight stay tho.
- Room 801 is big but doesn't have any windows, kinda freaky. Supposedly it's the only room like that in the hotel.
- Ryan ChicoineOktober 14, 2010Big rooms, comfy beds. No free internet is a bummer. All in all, for the price you can't beat it!
- Melissa BollmanMai 2, 2014ABSOLUTLEY horrible. Kids screaming all night long in the room next food. Maids came at 8am after I had finally gone to sleep, knocking on the door. Doors slamming the entire morning.
- dunn32 dunn32November 5, 2010Even though there was no free internet I got the wifi from a building next door. Also has great rooms.
- Melissa BollmanMai 2, 2014It may look nice, but it's ghetto. Like living in the ghetto with paper thin walls and people are hollering and babies are screaming. HORRIBLE.
- Johnny QuestNovember 6, 2013A retrograded Embassy Suites that isn't that bad when the valets aren't rude and the bums aren't soliciting "favors" at the valet entrance.
- Carrie BrownFebruar 20, 2010Get there early if you want the free breakfast - decimated by 10 am. No wireless, in room Internet $10.99
- Mike TaylorMai 24, 2013$11 for daily Internet but they put a $50 hold on your debit card for 3 days. No bueno.
- Mikel ManitiusJanuar 23, 2014The rooms facing the inner indoor courtyard have no daylight and no fresh air. They feel like a prison. Avoid.
- Check your room before moving in .... My first one smelled like I'd crawled into someone's armpit!!!!
- Elevators are too slow. Few staff members seem to care.
- Todd GreenJuni 25, 2010Over priced Internet that was slow as hell. There was a stalker on the 5th floor that kept slipping notes under women doors. Very creepy and hotel did not care.
