- Vince ColluraMärz 10, 2011Security will close for one of the two gate entrances pretty early on a week night. Ask an attendant / guard before schlepping your stuff!
- If checking in on United Airlines, try to check in with Joanna or Naomi. They're the best!

- Oh TSA ... here's a tip for you. Your security procedures are horribly inefficient at every airport that you use random scan selection. Let us choose which lane to go through ourselves and less grope.

- Eric RossNovember 27, 2010The United/Southwest terminal doesn't have a great shopping selection. Make sure you buy your magazines & other things before you go through security.

- If you're parking offsite use Wally Park! They are super friendly and very affordable.
- Joelle CookNovember 21, 2013Premier access security moved slower than the reg lines. When I mentioned it, they blamed the airlines... Wow.
- Carver MatheidasOktober 12, 2012There aren't any signs outside security to tell you which gate your American flight will be using. Call AA to get gate info vs. having to wait in line to ask an agent.
- Don't book an AA code share with Alaska and expect to go standby. Even as AAPlat or explat.
- dropping people off is much nicer now that you do it on the second floor
- Now long termparking shuttles won't let you off curbside. You have to skybridge it! Call or write SAN and complain....for now allow time to get there.
- To all the d-bags that seem to think you have to practically stand on the baggage claim belt - its ok to stand behind the line black line and NOT stand right in front of a person waiting on their bag.
- Todd MillerJuly 15, 2014Some connecting flights require you to exit and re-enter security. Be prepared for the delay.
