Warm welcome, great attention, they all speak good English and they can fix you anything. We felt like we were the only guests and the hotel was almost full. We'll come back!

Staff are amazing and go way beyond to help. Their complimentary afternoon tea they offer to their guests is the delicious and changes everyday!

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de la blue mosque. Todo el personal es muy amable y va más allá de lo que le pides para que la pases cómodamente. Tiene un rooftop muy agradable.

Fantastic staff, delicious foods, tasty coffee, cozy and quiet rooms. What else do you expect from a hotel? I will back here again if I visit Istanbul one more time!

Fantastic hotel, incredible service. Is a home away from home. Every day, complymentary afternoon tea from 3pm to 6pm, is amazing!
