Basic Mexican joint. Good chips, inexpensive, and the staff is helpful. I travel to SLC a lot for biz and always hit up the EC for their LOW RIDER MARGARITAS. Best margs anywhere including Texas.

Awesome place. Worth going to for a good time with friends. They host parties like nowhere else. Death Stars are a must. The help is awesome as well. *Kudos

The Original Death Star is the drink to have. $8 gets you a giant round glass filled with vodka, Everclear and Bacardi 151 (and flavorings).

Drink specials on Tuesdays and Thursday's.. The food is good. But the drinks make it my favorite place in the valley.

Shredded beef burrito was very disappointing with a huge gross vein in. No thanks. The duckie...pretty good, will kick your ass. Similar to deathstar.
