Check out the restaurant's meat-free Tuesday menu and winter pierogi night, when diners can choose from 10 to 12 handmade sweet (cheese and fruit) and savory (pork and cabbage) dumplings. Mehr erfahren

When you walk into Domku, you will be welcomed by a friendly staff. They are happy to explain the menu items if you do not have knowledge of Eastern European food. The food and drinks are great!

If you closed your eyes and took a slurp of this cold beet soup, you’d swear it tasted pink. Her take is made with pickled beet juice, roasted beets, buttermilk and sour cream. Mehr erfahren

They recently added Finnish egg cheese (a/k/a Munajuusto) to the breakfast/brunch menu. Very tasty and not something you're likely to find anywhere else in town.

Their Norwegian pancakes for brunch were amazing. Any time I see kielbasa at a restaurant I know I'm home

Spicy grilled cheese was really tasty and satisfying. Great service, if painfully slow.

Of you're in a hurry you may want to try somewhere else. Never quicker than a half hour for food. Also spotty as to where it will be good or not. Usually better than not though. Worth a trip once

wonderful space, decor, art and food; the pâté selection is devine, the cocktails subtle, but generously strong and the Brussels sprouts alone make the journey worth while

The first SAT of the month is Karoake night, and they usually have reverse happy hour (ie: drinks get cheaper the later you are there). Be sure to try the house-infused Aquavit shots.

I highly recommend the Uncle Gustav cocktail. It's like a high-protein alcoholic chair tea.

They *really* mean it when they say no substitutions. Wouldn't even make my spicy sandwich a touch less spicy. But the food and service were both great, hotness notwithstanding.

First great brunch experience in dc! Loved the norwegian pancake w/ lavender syrup, and it's a great sunny space for a lazy Sunday morning.

The pickled beet/carrot salad and gypsy kielbasa sandwich are both really good. pierogies were nothing special - it was mostly potato. you could barely taste the bacon/onion. Cute place. Slow service.

The bloody Mary is made with chili infused aquavit and is deliciously spicy.

Service is really slow. The staff are clearly inexperience part time folks. Been here an hour and a half and still haven't been served a single order of perogies

Tasty food but crazy slow service. Seems to take at least an hour no matter what you order, from a full meal to a soup or coffee.
