They are almost always busy. Call ahead to get on the wait list. They've changed their system and you're able to get your food a lot faster than before.

They will normally charge you a nominal upgrade if you'd like chips & queso instead of the check-in deal.

We even had 2 servers today and the service was awful!!! Very disappointing!
