There isn't really a line, make your way toward the front as assertively as you can. The chocolate chip cannoli is amazing, make sure to get it with powdered sugar.
Veggie burgers are great, not a lot of other vegetarian options, though. I've also enjoyed the southwestern quesadilla without chicken.
They make soft serve ice cream with Strauss, it's amazing! Try olive oil, salt, and caramel on vanilla ice cream. Sounds strange, but the combination really works.
One of the better options in the area for dinner or lunch, really nice atmosphere as well.
