    staff was not friendly at all, rooms are up to modernization.. positive point: location, close to a lot of musea and metro

    Excellent hotel especially the larger rooms. Friendly staff and somewhat knowledgable. Room service is awful but not important as the area around satisfies needs. Poor noise insulation. Close to tubes

    فندق كلاسيك يغلب عليه طابع البيوت الانجليزيه ومرتب ووسيع صدر ومنطقته جدا جميلة بعيدة عن الازعاج وقريبةمن الهارودز بنفس الوقت..فيه موظف من الجنسيه الهنديه او الباكستانيه جدا بشوش وخدوم..فندق مايتفوت🌷
