"Scruffy, cramped and ill-equipped free weights room, the staff don't seem to care it's untidy! Probably the worst Fitness First I've ever been to. If you want serious free weights, AVOID this dump."

"They've suddenly shrunk the shop but there's still a few seats facing out to the street. I usually sit & watch the commuters rushing by to Holborn station. Try it. Very calming while munching sushi."
