Hill country was by far my favorite!! Fresh ingredients, courteous service, & very clean! Definitely recommend this place...if you can't make up your mind they offer 1/2 & 1/2 option

Best gluten free crust I've ever had. Come get some if you have a gluten allergy/sensitivity. Also ignore the haters. They're full of it.

I'm sure Kieth P. and Jamie S. are good people, but by their excessive posting I would say they have some personal vendetta with the restaurant. West Crust is always clean, brightly lit and inviting.

$5 Lunch special is the best around in Lubbock! Great service and more importantly the best pizza in Lubbock!

There are only two toppings on that Hill Country that I like, but I LOVED that pizza. Highly recommend it. (unless your allergic to any toppings, just try it)

I prefer unburned pizza in a clean environment with friendly staff. I definitely won't be visiting this place again!

Not a clean table and flies EVERYWHERE when we came in. They weren't busy at all, yet still managed to burn the crap out of our pizza. The tall guy behind the counter had the WORST attitude.

PART 1: A disgrace of a pizza place. For starters, it is filthy. When we arrived, 4-5 tables needed to be cleared and flies were everywhere.
