Nice place to grab some coffee and chat with friends or may be you can just sit at the outdoor seat and relax. White mocha is good !

Great build your own wraps & sandwiches. Nice selection of breakfast sandwiches & bagels. Many vegetarian and veggie options. Gluten free options. Sweet frozen coffees & fruit smoothies. Free wifi!

DELICIOUS!! I had The Waverider sandwich and it was fantastic. Perfectly toasted bread, very filling and very yummy. Friends I was with had the specials that day which were also delicious :)

The Eddie V is amazing!!! I wasn’t a fan of the vegan burger. It was too mushy. The vibe of the place is great!

I stop here every morning for coffee and sometimes a Keto breakfast. EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!! Love the staff and atmosphere too!
