Love this property. Always clean, great bar, convenient access across the street to fashion island. Try to get main tower on the backside overlooking the pool for best ocean views.

Dr Fahad AlharbiJuly 13, 2017Beware of the daily 100 USD deposit for incidentals ( too much money especially if you are going to stay for long time. It will eat your credit up). This is to me a big disadvantage.
Perfect place to stay in NPB. Fashion Island is just one minute walking! Friendly and helpful staff. Good sea view

Lots to do! Basketball, relax in the hot tub / jacuzzi, play ping pong, a scavenger hunt for kids, swim in the pool, play volleyball....

Decent hotel. Beautiful location and beds are super comfortable. Rooms are small and customer service is lack luster.
Park on the street. Valet is $20+ per day. :) And use MRB when booking that weekend. You can save $100/night.

Staff is very dishonest, all the way up through management. Trash under the bed skirt in the room. Beer cans on the balcony. Gorgeous views of the Pacific and a great selection of things to do for the entire family....volleyball, basketball, 5 pools, ping pong table, all in a beautiful setting.

Anderson MacielFebruar 10, 2012Not my concept of good service, extra fees for everything (parking, internet, breakfast...) park in the mall across the street for the day and in the street for overnight.
The staff is extremely accommodating! Second year holding our users conference here... and won't be suprised if we do it again! :)
Wonderful staff. Ask for a room with an ocean or golf course view.

If you are in Newport and need a cut or color...Lorraine is simply the best. Reasonable prices too!

Michele SierraSeptember 21, 2013This place will nickel and dime you to death. $21-28 a day to park and they don't even offer free WiFi for guests ($13 a day). Rooms aren't anything special for the price.
If staying in tower wing, request a odd numbered room for a better view
Don't valet if you're not going to tip people. This isn't Motel 6!
