    Presumably "the" place to go if you're around Canary Wharf. It's located on a 48th floor penthouse with a great view of London. Make a reservation before going there as it can be crowded on weekends.

    It's a rip off, as you can imagine, but during the happy hour cocktails are 2 for £10, which makes it worth it. The views are stunning.
