Trout salmon - cut up and toss in a light sesame oil, soya sauce and toasted sesame seeds and serve on a rice cracker with a square of nori and a dab of wasabi. So fresh and yummy!

Chirashi is excellent!!! Very fresh selection of fish and seafood. Just wishing that their hot food was not refrigerated and cold.

Make sure you go early to avoid lineups. Sashimi trays run out quickly.

Small place that is not exactly a restaurant... but fish is fresh and I love having their chirashi for lunch!

Prepared food is not good. If they have difficulty producing hot food then I won't consider the sushi.
