Mee suakway is an original item and great. Fast efficient service. Open late into the night. Good for dim sum if you're fixing for some late at night in this area.
The service here is impeccable, efficient & fast. Everything on the menu sounds amazing...what we ordered were all delish. The liu sar pau is a must. The best part is the super affordable prices!
Usually the first place i will think of when i have cravings for dim sum. Affordable & good, plus they open till very late. Just thinking about their liu sha bao makes me hungry, damn !
This place is great, and cheap! 10 dim sum dishes for only $28. Especially enjoyed the chee cheong fun and the fried golden tofu. Will definitely return to try the other dishes we missed.
Favorite supper spot for most locals as it is open till late; closed on Tuesdays. Each dish comes with 02 items. Queue can get really long so best to opt for outdoor seats if you visit in the evening.
Dim sum, sauteed greens, chrysanthemum tea, honest, hard-core Shanghai and Hong Kong cuisine with speedy service and even backstage outside tables. Loved it, not for princesses though :))
Great for a late, late, late night stop. Don't expect any preferential treatment if you're not a local; just look around (and look it up) if you're not sure what to order - you won't be disappointed.
Taste above average; but I feel like the taste has somehow dwindled over the years. I've been eating here since I was in primary school (around 20 years now), and the food back then taste much better.
the salted egg custard bun is surprisingly good although a bit powdery for my liking. sambal kangkung and fried eggrice with shrimp are worth to try. best XLB is still Din Tai Fung for me.
Good dimsum, love the prawnbeancurd. Don't order the egg puff with red bean and banana tho as not great. The red bean and banana tastes good but there is only a teaspoon of it inside each puff...
The custard bun here is good, just the right amount of sweetness and saltiness from the salted egg yolk. Fried carrot cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 👍
This place is always packed. Remember to take a q # before proceeding inside. Definitely recommend the har gao and xiao long bao! Cheap and good! Will be back for more!
Authentic Shanghai/HK style dimsum. Value + fast service. Xiao Long Bao, liu sar pau, spicy chili oil dumpling, pork + onion dumpling, fried pork chop, mee sua kueh, egg custard bao, etc!
Not all dim sum items are delicious. Dishes not recommended: woh tip, mee suah kueh, and porridge. Average: siew mai, Loh Mai kai. Recommended: salted yolkbuns and pork ribs.
Make sure u take a queue number first before ordering, the automated system will buzz ur mobile when the seats are available . Finally tried that egg yolk custard bun... Yummy!
One of Singapore's best dim sum restaurants. Good service. A great place for relaxed dates, eating with friends or post-clubbing bao and siew mai. Open till very, very late.
My favorite place to have dim sum. Huge, lively, Spartan interior, blistering service and delectable food. Cheap too so you can pig out w/o breaking the bank. Always a queue but it's worth the wait.
Their 红油炒手 and 小笼包 is definitely on the top of my list! Service is pretty fast and good, but avoid the peak hour crowd if you don't want to be sweltering in the horrendous queue!
Custardbao and xiao long bao are really delicious =p~ however I dun like the chee chong feng, it's not like the ones I love to eat at Dim Sum restaurants.
Nice place to hang out and have a chat over a cup of chrysanthemum tea. And check out their Tim-Sum. Pretty delicious and affordable. You might not want to miss out on that.
Ought to try their Har Kow n Xiao Long Bao, not to forget their Mee Sua Kueh..Just remember to order along a pot of Chinese tea or Ju Hua Cha then all be perfect le! :)
