Great place to hangout at! Get a foot massage w/ a screen for watching the history of Angkor Wat, dine in the cafes & restos around, & buy from the Cambodian weavers place for local scarves & blankets
The most pleasant place to shop for souvenirs in comparison to Old Market and ArtMarket. Clean, spacious, the atmosphere is serene, food court available.
Very organized -- they have the food, art, and fashion set in different sections. Be careful with remork drivers as they tend to be assertive on getting tourists to take their ride.
Very eclectic, immersive experience. Vendors mostly sell the same stuff. Somewhere in the middle of it all, there is a nice bungalow-type open bar, where you can relax and catch your breath.
You can find awesome foot massage over here with a very cheap price ($4/hour) or funny fish massage and of course it's cheap too. There is a food course and some Cambodian bar, they are so great
Always haggle, bargain and whatsoever u called that term..! Its fun when u can get from 12usd to something like 4usd only.. Tips for tuktuk? Find a tuktuk driver called salem, he is the best..!!!
The original and probably the only tourist style night market in town that is worth a visit. It's nice but don't expect the range/variety you find in other SE Asian markets.
Centre of night life in siem reap. You can get almost every souvenir but the price is quite high. So make sure you do bargain for at least 1/3 of the said price.
Pretty typical tourist buys, every shop sells almost the same bunch of things ranging from clothing (esp Cambodian pants and tank tops) to house decor. Be sure to bargain no matter what!
Shopping next to the ruins is cheaper. But here you'll be more comfortable without all the sellers following you. Nice options to eat, massages, fishpedicure, etc.
If you been to any Thailand market , this place pales in comparison selling mostly generic products and mass produce items. Every other shops selling the same items. Do u need atop that says Angkor😏?
Try to canvass among several shops for the lowest prices. It helps to know the local translations for basic terms like 'expensive', 'thank you', 'yes', 'no', etc. Have fun bargaining and shopping!
Massage in a reclining chair under the stars, accompanied by a well-muddled mojito from the night marketbar... definitely one of the highlights of Siem Reap!
Nothing impressive here. Same stuff as every other market. If you dig deep enough you can find something unique. Dont be fooled by other Night Market signs, go to Night Market street.
Negocie, regateelo todo y no compre sin ver lo mismo en dos o tres partes, hay una tienda de poleras de diseño unico, atendida por su dueño, es muy bonita.
Always haggle for more than 50% off the price. I got pants for $3 each that started from $12. Silkscarf from $10 to $4, cotton scarf from $1 each to $1.5 for 2 pcs.
Bargain! First price is 200-400% of the actual price. They expect you to bargain, it's fine. They wouldn't sell it to you without profit. Because of overpaying americans everything is SO EXPENSIVE now
DO NOT BARGAIN! Seriously guys. The stuff is so cheap as it is that dropping the price will make no change to your life. But $1 to a Cambodian is a BIG thing. Pay extra. It's worth it.
