Seven Tubs Recreation Area

Spectacular. Best part is a 15 sec. walk from the parking lot; we took my 87 y/o Grandma here. Hike to see some of the upper pools like this one (no Grandma this time)

The Seven Tubs are one of nature's wonders. The stream pours over a waterfall, into a pool carved in the mass of rock, then cascades over and down to the next. Swimming is dangerous and prohibited.

The scenery and walking trails..

Prettier after park 1st opens in spring.

You must be prepared to walk to the actual park from the road, and go a little off trail. There you'll find a little more challenging hiking and wildlife.
