A FoodSherpas list wouldn't be complete without a BBQ representative. Seattle might not seem like a BBQ Mecca, but Pecos Pit BBQ is good for a sloppy, tasty, pulled pork sandwich.
Meat was soft, but not tender, like it was cooked in a crockpot. Also, not seasoned well. They rely on copious amounts of sauce to provide any flavor, rendering the buns inedible.
