Some of the best restaurant food I've had I along time. Ate in the bar, a bit noisy but cozy. Great service. The tuna crudo is outstanding as is the bone marrow , the Maine(ly Spanish the suckling pig
One of my favorites. Awesome atmosphere! Got the time released sirloin and they treated it like a newborn baby. If you can sit right in front of the kitchen line, it's a pretty cool experience.
Bring your taste buds b/c the food is so flavorful and you don’t want to miss out on all the well crafted dishes that they create. Everything is fantastic, but remember, small portions.
Bread service great. Take a seat at the bar. Friendly informative service. Cold dishes really good. Some of the dishes lack balance but overall very good and creative.
The summer ramen is amazing! I came back here two days later to have it again. Beet salad is refreshing and delicious. Glass slipper drink is super yummy or get a perfect storm in a copper mug.
The stand out for me was the beef salad. Tender thin slices in a spicy sour dressing with crunchy peanuts, crispygarlic, pickled onions, and fresh cilantro. I could eat this all day.
Small platesmodern cuisine. Don’t over order, small plates are heartier than expected, order as you go. Lobsterfritters, beet salads were stand outs. Great staff!
Just WOW! Everything we tried, and we tried a lot of plates, was delicious. If you need to pick just one, get the cantaloupe and fig or the spaghetti with nori. You're welcome!
Central Provisions doesn't take reservations, so if you're waiting for a table, go out the door by the downstairs bar and head across the street for a glass of wine and some oysters at Vignola.

Four Gras for sure, I felt the Head chef’s taste is leaning towards the salty side. I’m lucky to be seated in front of him and get to see him in action. His pinches of salt is heavy.

I was so excited about this cornbreadskillet that I inhaled it before realizing that I should take a picture. Also included is the daiquiri; doesn't look like a daiquiri, right?
