    Easily my best haute cuisine dining experience in Lebanon. The experience was excellent but what stood out was the subtlety of the service and the ability to innovate a perfect degustation.

    This restaurant is hands down the best gastronomical restaurant in Lebanon. If the Guide Michelin existed in Lebanon, this restaurant would have more than one star. Bravo to all the crew.
