The water might be more polluted due to the river but it is certainly calmer and a nice beach!
Very good rooms: very good noisy isolation, good beds, awesome shower. The food from the restaurant was very good as well. Awesome place to leave your bike. The only bad thing was the poor breakfast!
The beer there is really tasty, runs easy like water into your stomach. The rooms are good but a little noisy though. They also have a good place to leave your bike.

Best Bio supermarket in town, the availability of organic products is relatively big and the prices are in most times relatively fair. The service is very friendly. They also have great bread.
Best place for an expresso in Köln so far. Great pressurized coffee machines which can make a decent strong expresso at a very good price. Friendly service also. And have pastéis de nata!

Very good cinema rooms with great sound, good popcorn and now more OV movies. A little more expensive than average but worthwhile for sometimes.
You can smell this restaurant all around ehrenfeld/venloer. The smell tells you about the good grilled fatty meat they have. I recommend their Adana Teller (Lamb sticks with tasteful rice and salad)
Lovely place, cozy, friendly service and veggie but tasteful meals at a fair price. Getting one of my favorites for lunch brakes.
