    This place is terrible!! If you are a tourist do not be tricked into thinking this is a cool historic site with good shopping! This was a huge waste of time!

    Major disappointment. Bad area, and it's just a bad ghetto mall. Stop by if you want to say you've been there, but otherwise avoid it
