This hotel continues to impress each time I visit it. It is in a wonderful location within driving distance from many things to do.

The concierge Minh is one of a kind. Awesome stay all around. Warning! The mini bar is poorly stocked! Be prepared.

Bring your own toilet paper. It's the worst I've used in my entire life!! Other than that, it is a beautiful resort!

Call for your car at least a half hour ahead. They don't quite have the service thing figured out.

The service is a little lacking. Requested 2 queen beds, waited an extra hour and a half for our room and still got 1 king.

Double check your bill. Our bill was not correct even after we brought mistakes to their attention. Also they add 18 percent tip to all purchases.

Stuffy and pretentious but it's a thin veneer...cheap construction, poor service, mediocre food. The lazy river and water slide are it's only redemption.
