The place was great, especially for the price. Nice room with tv & fridge. Free wifi. Pool. Very convenient location, surrounded by restaurants and only a few minutes from Universal Studios.

Hotel simples, mas de excelente localização, cama confortável, limpo, que entrega o que promete. Para quem fica o dia inteiro nos parques ou fazendo compras, é ótimo custo-benefício ! Sem problemas !

Cheap price.. that's about the only thing good here. WiFi doesn't seem to work, and I woke up to the fire alarm, testing, going off for half an hour. NOT the way to wake up! And the staff! Just no.

Be careful with the reservations. I made them and had confirmation. Spent 3 hours trying to talk with Karitsa. She was extremely RUDE and unhelpful. Told me she did not have to help me.

Hotel simples, um pouco velho, mas bom. Wi-fi grátis, senha Travel7200 (com T maiúscula). Nada de mais. O banheiro é até um pouco velho demais

Staff is willing to discuss concerns, but can't exactly resolve them, i.e. deadbolt doesn't work, outlets don't work.

Horrível. Tudo é cobrado, inclusive os talheres, e não se pode ficar um minuto a mais do horário do check-out que paga 25 dólares! Avoid this hotel!
