Owings Mills you know it's almost kewl till you get robbed at gun point.

"The Mo's crab cake was massive but lacked flavor. Making a crab cake in Maryland without Old Bay seems wrong.... But eating a crab cake with Tatar sauce seems worse. The food was bland. Poor quality."
