This is a definite must-do in Berlin if you wish to learn about city's history in a unique way—see bunkers, defense shelters, underground, etc. Tours are offered daily, and under different languages.
Since it's a private collection, you have to book in advance. But even the venue itself is worth the effort - an impressive/depressive Nazi bunker. Book 3 weeks ahead or try to squeeze in on a cncltn.

This Baroque palace at the Chalottenburg district is the largest palace in Berlin. Has been beautifully restored (after being destroyed in WWII) and is home to the French-styled Charlottenburg Park.
The 'New Palace' is better (and cheaper) to take a tour of. The 'Sans Soucci' palace is worth checking out from the outside.
