The Works gets packed right after work, especially between 5-6:30pm. Go at another time to avoid the crowd.
Parents night out is great. Swim classes are great. Promotes healthy living at all ages!
Terrific gym, swimming, and sports club.
Mid-day workouts best way to have time on any workout you have planned for the day...
Don't be scared of Damien and Rod, they're nice guys although they can lift a small car over their heads- Use the water fountain by the stairs; the one in the weight room has been sporadic for years
- Amy's bootcamp will challenge you at any level of fitness. You will get stronger!
