What a great little hotel that has been restored to its 1920's splendor. Very friendly staff, nicely restored rooms, old Chicago style lounge, and I love my view of the John Hancock tower!

Beautiful Boutique hotel that lacks class & competence. Staff is uneducated and barely speaks English. If I could check myself in and make my own payment myself my stay would have been wonderful.

Nice place. Really comfortable bed and nice staff. WiFi isn't free and cumbersome to use (slow and clunky). All in all - good place to stay if you don't place to work from your room.

Amazing staff, two restaurants,Poppie at the bar. Rooms are not as modern as some but that in no way detracts from its comfort and practicality. Concierge is ON POINT.

We arrived just a few minutes after the 3pm check in and they upgraded us to the Delaware Suite, complimentary. It is beautiful! Food at Fornetto Mei is delicious and is one of their restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay here. Good location (near Magnificent Mile). Very nice rooms. Felt very comfortable.

Nice room. Nice bed. Very nice staff. Nice free breakfast. Nice location - 1 blk from "Big John" Hancock tower. WiFi $10/day (no, thanks). Only broadcast TV stations (what no pr0n?!). 805 door's fixed

Make sure you have a credit card. $75 deposit per night.. taken right out of my checking account. $450 for 6 nights.

This hotel proves why the star system is no longer relevant. I'm sure my grandparents would have like this place - time for a gut renovation.

Room 805 door doesn't close all the way behind you. Make sure to pull it shut. Have a fun stay
