Jon DarveauJuni 3, 2015The elevators here need some serious reconfiguration. Trying to get down to lobby from higher floors may take you 15 minutes with all the stops on the way down. Needs some express elevators.

Great hotel but the comforters on the bed give out so much static that when you touch things, you constantly get shocked. P.S. You never have to go outside to travel through different parts of Boston!

Rue La LaSeptember 5, 2012Need a cab? Look for one here - right in downtown, you'll have a better chance of getting a ride home by stopping at this spot than leaving from the bar on the street.
Nice lounge and connection to the mall to start indoors during the winter.

Fantastic hotel, gorgeous rooms, award winning views, amazing staff!
7 elevators yet only one ever runs at the same time even during a Convention? Get it together, Westin. No one wants to wait 15 minutes for an elevator.

Attached to simon mall, easy access to subway, great location!

Jennifer LautenschlagerJuly 5, 2013From Amtrak at Back Bay station: exit on Dartmouth, enter mall left of Neiman Marcus, up escalator, take a right, across sky bridge and follow the signs. Only outside for 30 seconds, very short walk.
Watch out they simply overbook and your room is gone!!!
