The service and staff are wonderful. The building is a re-modeled older hotel. They have done as well as can be expected. All and all a very nice hotel for a fancy mother-daughter weekend.

Executive suite is pretty great. An older Ritz property but still nice and really affordable compared to others. Location is great and staff were helpful.

Bartender Martin at the lobby level bar is outstanding. We enjoyed his drink recommendations and excellent Margarita making skills and will definitely be back!

I loved the Atlanta Grill! Pure class, old school! Try the Creme Brûlée, it is to die for! The swordfish was perfect, the service was perfect. Perfect 10 for atmosphere.

Nice hotel w/very comfortable beds + quiet rooms. That said, for a Ritz it’s pretty basic -small bathrooms with no tub for one thing. Might be better off in Buckhead than downtown if you have a choice

Great property and service is superb!! This Ritz was open of the first to open... circa 1984. Spa's weren't very common back then; hence one wasn't built here.

Had dinner at Atlanta Grill Wednesday night. It was decent, but disappointing for the cost. $350 for 3 people, our steaks were overdone, and desert was ok, but not great.

Elevators were speedy and just fine. Other comments about elevators were way off base! Maybe they've been fixed?

Room service is too expensive ( even for a Ritz). The quesadillas came with 3 and were $20...not worth it.

The staff is well trained in first class service from the valet, The style of the rooms, very good just not amazing. We do a lot of travelling and don't think we've ever enjoyed our stay in totally.
