I usually love the ramp because of the yummy food and the bay front seats but this time the service was bad and I think my chicken sandwich was undercooked, gross. Disappointed but will always return

Great location, meh service: my lemonade ($3.50) was placed in the center of the table where I did not spot it. Asked two times for a refill but got not even an acknowledgement. Not too happy.
