Melody WestAugust 22, 2015Wonderful dynamic flavors! Being Vegan is easy here. The buns do have butter, but the noodle bowl is A+! If you don't like spice then order it sans jalapeños and sriracha, with soy vinaigrette!

Cucumber limeade is sooooo refreshing! Banh Mis are crisp and flavorful, too -- wonderful food truck! Friendly people!
Even as a rabid meat eater, I actually love their tofu. Never has tofu tasted so good.
