They give big portions and I love the patio seating. There was a bit of a wait during their afternoon even though the dining areas were empty.

Cozy and good food. There was a large outdoor area that looked nice but it wasn't open on a rainy afternoon in March

The food is is great, but they take forever to get the food out. Otherwise, great experience.

Hickory Lodge. Spare ribs nice, artificial smoke in BBQ sauce. Everything salty. Brisket sandwich bland & tasteless. Service friendly but slow. The rustic decor is amusing. The cooking is primitive.

The deck is loaded with hillbilly smokers that must not have got the memo that cigarettes are gross. Food is surprisingly good!

I had the prime rib cheesesteak and the cheese was not very well melted and was not very good overall. Also, the geniuses brought us the wrong nachos.

Overall, I caution my friends that the food is mediocre in moderate quantities and rather over-priced for the value you get from plain food
