The room is nice, the staff are great everything needed was provided within reasonable timeframe and the location is excellent. Simply, i highly recommend it for anyone wants a good hotel in Midtown

Amazing pasta at Ai Fiori. And one of the best hotels in NYC, comfy beds, amazing service, huge rooms. Delicious cocktails at the street level bar.

My best experience EVER!! If ur honeymooning then this is the place to go to. And if ur with family they have big rooms!!

Have not been. Azmy AA recommends as nice, modern, excellent location. He also said to ask for the modern renovated rooms.

The London classic takes over the Setai don't miss the lounge for cocktails and a parade out the window on Fifth Ave every single day.

Got upgraded to the room which is abt 1000sqf but actually I dun need this big. The free drink is a very cool n clever biz idea though !

Everything is great but down side is : the life is too slow n no signal. The hallway is a bit bleek.

It was better as a Setai. Service has gone down but it's still a great hotel. There are better options like the Andaz 😉

No electric plugs in the bathroom, and outlets sparse and inconvenient in the room overall. Not good in today's tech age
