Best bicycle shop in central downtown (and they're expanding!). The guys made ordering replacement for a defective part painless, handled all the warranty questions for me.

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They found a part I wanted, ordered it, and called me when it arrived.

Staff are very nice and encouraging, even if you don't know much about bikes. Also provide sound relationship advice.
