Loved this place! If your not high maintenance, and can deal with vintage this is your place. It's built in an old coffee warehouse, so you will see pipes but it creates a 1940's industrial feel!

Very cute and vintage hotel and on the edge of the French quarter. Has great restaurants and bars. Also the parade route comes through here.

Great hotel, staff, price and location. This hotel has great personality and is very close casino, French quarter and all of the new dining locations (I highly recommend Root) in the warehouse distr.

Quiet, yet central. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Make sure to check out the hotel bar and restaurant! Airport shuttle was a great service.

No problems on our stay. Friend staff, good food. The rooms have a very vintage/lofty feel and ours is huge. Enjoyed the stay and the character of the hotel!

The place has character, the staff has been pleasant, we arrived as a group they got us close together, like that you can walk everywhere...this building is from the 1800 so this make for character..

Wow! People hating hard on what was a clean/awesome experience. Probably the same folks that complain about bourbon street being too hot/smelly/not fun. Have fun. Lighten up :)

We had a great experience. Big large room and very clean. Staff went our of their way for us. So convenient to walk any where. Good fee breakfast.

Great location and great rates. Car damage by valet though - not cool and fixing it makes the hotel rates not so great any more. Will update what the hotel does about the damage.

Good location, decent pricing. Maid service is not the best, but all staff are very friendly. No window in my room! They charged me for parking without asking if I drove. Continental breakfast daily.

Cute hotel although messy w/ renovations right now. They're having serious staff efficiency issues. Yesterday it took 20 minutes to check us in and today their 'system is down' for checkout. Too slow.

If you're looking for a hotel room that is impossible to sleep bc you can hear the noisy family next door through the thin walls, lumpy pillows and beds, and lukewarm showers, you'll love this hotel.

Also they pick up the "food" no matter what. If u come seiving they can parl yr car dor 32 usd a day and valer wont help with luggage so i am not leaving any tips to them or any other

Nice room but AC was broken. Hot about 85 degrees all night, hard to sleep at that temp. Got 50% off. Next time doing a chain hotel.

Not the best hotel I've stayed in but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean and the location is killer. It's a good deal.

Not a terrible place, but definitely not a Hilton if that's what you're expecting! Good place to go if you want some character in your trip and not just some cookie cutter hotel.

It takes 30 minutes to check in, some rooms have no windows, and they try to impose a mandatory breakfast and wifi fee. STAY AWAY!

This place looks cool on the outside but the rooms are below average, the concierge is highly unprofessional, and the bathroom looked like a men's room at a sports stadium. Avoid this overpriced dump!

Is a "boutique hotel" but I did not know that means old and noisy beds. Bkfs is sharp finishing at 0930 and they dont care if people still eating. They just lock the doors so nobody can enter

Came with my business partners who are staying here and it SUCKS! Comforters are dirty with hair and stains. I would never stay here, NEEEEVER!!!

Service is fucking Terrible. If there's 2 or 3 people in front of you in the check-in be prepared to wait for a fucking hour while these retards tap away at their broken computers.

Terrible. We left and walked to Ren. Arts hotel very nice and stayed there. Dank, dirty and dark rooms.

This place sucks. They charge our card before you check in . And we found dirty clothes in closet. It smells dirty, the maid service is horrible, and the people aren't friendly.
